why DivX Pro 5.1.1?

Go to DivX website ( http://www.divx.com/ ) and download the latest version 6.8. After you install the product you can enter the serial given at the top of the page to unlock the DivX Converter, DivX Converter MPEG-2/DVD Plug-in, DivX Pro Codec.

But if you really want the 5.1.1 serial here it is
